This year's Dining City Restaurant Week returns next Thursday, Apr 30, outgrowing its namesake and running all the way to May 30. That's great news for us as well as Beijing's ailing food and beverage sector, which continues to suffer due to the coronavirus pandemic and a range of restrictions.

The event will feature deals for over 50 of the city's finest restaurants, including the likes of TRB Forbidden City, Opera Bombana, Maison Flo, Char Bar & Grill, Rive Gauche at the Puxuan, Bistrot B at the Rosewood, and Frasca at The Opposite House. Simply sign up and browse the participating restaurants and discounts online via Dining City's website or by scanning the QR code below. Bookings can be made as of Apr 30 and restaurants will be added to the list as the month goes on.

Menu categories are divided by how much you're looking to splash and include 'Elite,' where the price is determined by the restaurant themselves, as well as set lunch deals ranging from RMB 78/108/138 and dinners from RMB 118/198/288.

TRB Forbidden City is just one of the 50-plus restaurants participating in this year's event

Simply put, this is your best opportunity to try some of Beijing's best food at hugely discounted prices, but spaces are limited which means it pays off to reserve your seats early.
